Your privacy is fundamental to ipsum. We believe your reflections and emotional data belong exclusively to you. This policy outlines exactly how your data is handled.
- Local Storage (SwiftData): Your mood entries, feelings, moments, and photos are stored locally on your device. We do not sync this personal data to our servers.
- AI Generation (Google Gemini): To generate your personal prose portrait, the app temporarily sends your recent feelings to the Google Gemini API securely. We do not use your personal entries to train public AI models.
- Authentication & Analytics (Firebase): We use Firebase to manage your account and collect anonymized usage data to help us improve. This data does not include the content of your personal journals.
- Camera & Media: The app requests access to your camera and photo library strictly for you to attach images to your Moments.
- Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app Settings.
